Advocate of the High Court of Kenya & Certified Secretary ,Mark Gichuhi is the Founder and Proprietor of Gichuhi N. Advocates, bringing extensive experience in corporate & commercial law, employment law, corporate governance, corporate secretarial practice, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.He possesses a strong background in company registration, entity formation, statutory filings, and
corporate advisory services. Mark has successfully handled corporate secretarial functions for various organizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while helping clients establish efficient governance structures.He is also an IMI-qualified mediator, with significant experience in alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Through his mediation practice, he has facilitated numerous dispute resolutions,helping parties reach mutually beneficial agreements while preserving relationships .Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Sharon Kavuha
Sharon Kavuha is a highly skilled legal professional specializing in corporate governance,compliance, intellectual property, conveyancing, and litigation.She brings extensive experience in legal research, compliance management, policy development,and the drafting and review of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and governance frameworks. Sharon has worked closely with corporate clients to develop governance structures aligned with regulatory standards while ensuring transparency and accountability.Her experience includes assisting organizations with company formations, compliance monitoring, intellectual property management, and corporate advisory services. She also has hands-on litigation experience, including court representation, case preparation, and dispute resolution
support.Sharon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She also holds a Data Protection Certificate from Strathmore University (CIPIT) and is currently pursuing the Certified Secretary (CS) qualification.
